First, the paper box cut out of the die has a phenomenon of bursting.

 

The reason why this phenomenon occurs is mainly because the pressure of the die-cutting machine is too large, so that the fiber of the paper can not withstand such a large pressure, and the breakage occurs, and we usually become such a phenomenon as a blast. If you want to solve this problem, you need to adjust the pressure of the die-cutting machine first. If the pressure is moderate, you can see if this phenomenon will occur. Usually, it can be solved under adjustment, but it can't be too small. The mark will not be obvious and will also affect the use of the carton. Another reason is the reason for the paper, the paper is too brittle, and the tension is insufficient.

 

The second case is the phenomenon of fluffing after die cutting.

 

The main reason is that when the die-cutting and pressing are pressed, the strips and indented steel wires on the die-cutting plate exert a pulling force on the paper, and the pulling force is generated when the paper is not completely cut through, and the burrs are generated. To solve this phenomenon, we have to choose different die-cutting methods according to the paper.

 

The third case is the inaccuracy of die cutting

 

The most common reason for inaccurate die cutting is that the rules are not aligned, just adjust the rules. Of course, it does not rule out that the knife version does not match the file, which requires re-adjusting the knife version.
